The process is simple. Email us at shop@hardwarehouse.ca or via our contact link with a description of your item, photos and your contact information. A member of our team will follow up with a response within three business days. 

1. Reach out to us with details and photos of your product via email to shop@hardwarehouse.ca or via our contact link along with your contact information
2. Receive a response from a member of our team within three business days
3. We will work with you to confirm payout options and details and select the best option of handing off your item: via prepaid shipping label or Saskatoon drop off or pick up in person.
